Cylinder Head Stud Kit is designed to replace the weaker head bolts on the Honda GX200 Engines.

They also work on 196 Clones, Tillotson 196/212/225, Ducar 196/212, and Predators 212 Engines.

We highly recommend using a stud kit for high output race engines. High compression and high rpm engine will stretch the OEM Chinese bolts and cause a blow head gasket or, worse, destroy your race engine and cost you the race.

Torque Instructions: Torque studs to 60 in/lbs and use red Loctite to the studs on the block side to secure the stud. Be careful not to over-tighten the stud, damaging and splitting the block. Using red Loctite can permanently hold the stud in the block. Torque the nuts to 200 in/lbs
