The input shaft for the EC 700 Peerless-style transmission connects the transmission pulley to the transmission.Â
This is a 5/8 shaft that turns the input gear and drives the input bevel gear on the countershaft inside the transmission. This will not work in the original Tecumseh/Peerless Transmission but is the replacement input shaft for the EC Race Ready 700 Transmission.
