The Black Steering Wheel Pad is a safety feature that softens the impact at the center of the steering wheel. 

Many racing organizations usually require the steering wheel pad for their technical safety inspection. The pad is made to work with most 3-spoke steering wheels, including our 15″ racing steering wheels.
