The 138190064 Fan Shroud or Flywheel Blower Housing is designed to cover the flywheel during operation. 

The Flywheel Blower Housing has two major functions: First, prevent debris from contacting the flywheel and flywheel fan, including appendages that would result in injury. The other is to contain and direct air created by the flywheel fan to crucial areas under the block and around the jug to help cool the engine. 

Blue is the signature color of Tillotson Racing but does not confuse it with the greyhound engines; they are completely different engines. Blower Housings do not come with pull start recoils in cases they are not used. Feel free to mix and match colors for your unique style. If not using recoil to use an external electric starter, we recommend using our 620 blower housing cover to shield your flywheel from debris and to maintain the air cooling effect.
