The Clone 3.303 Length Connecting Rod is the standard length stock for the 196 clone engines.Â
OEM Replacement Connecting Rod Assembly for the 196cc 6.5hp Clone, Ducar 196, Box Stock 196 and Tillotson 196R/RS, & Tillotson 212R. This rod will not fit the wrist pin on the Ducar/Tillotson 212E, 212EE, or the Tillotson 225R/RS.

AKRA 2020 Rules for Connecting Rod:
Stock Box Stock Rod Only. Stock Rod Bolts only. Length of from the top of the journal to bottom of wrist pin hole 2.375″ max and 2.350 min. Honing of journal end and wrist pin hole permitted, those surfaces must remain flat. Oil Hole Size .179″, .0180″ No Go. Minimum weight of rod assembly 133 grams. New stock performance CAST rod allowed.
